What is a Consecrated Virgin?

There are a many memorials and feasts in the Liturgical Calendar in which a soul reflection of the Roman Rite is decided and well and providentially substantiated by the Church and Her deity to bring light on the lives of Virgins and their Consecration and Vow to the Eternal Father and King of their Heart.  I am one who has always known there is a Virgin and the Virgin is loved and praised by the Apostles of the Roman Catholic Church.  A memorial of Virgins.  This is what I shall reflect on in answering this question.
